We offer a range of options for Emergency and not so Emergency Call outs. Our first response will be to speak with tenants or homeowners over the phone to make an assessment of the urgency of the problem.
From our experience, many times a tenants problem can be solved in a matter of minutes, for example a Combi boiler not working could be lost pressure. Lights not working, "have you reset the RCD on the consumer unit?"
A burst pipe or an overheating electrical accessory however would require a quick response. We have a team with a broad range of knowledge that can control these types of situation until normal working hours.
